Sequence Map

This tool identifies open reading frames (ORFs) within user-provided DNA sequences. It accepts input sequences in both uppercase and lowercase nucleotide characters (A, T, G, C) and supports standard FASTA formatting. Users can specify a minimum ORF length (with a lower limit of 3 nucleotides) using the provided input field.

The output can be generated in either translated protein sequence or nucleotide FASTA format. Results are presented in a sortable table that includes the positions of start and stop codons, as well as ORF lengths in both nucleotides (nt) and amino acids (aa). By clicking the "Show" button, users can view the full ORF sequence in a format optimized for easy copying.
